Stephen's out in Res 2 as of day 430, and prior to hearing about this his primary interest had been rejoining Gabriel and Vanitas at the bunker. He could leave messages as he moves along, though, and I'm game to have him encounter someone's anomaly (though maybe let's not kill him again). He could also be pulled off course to come help.
Ecks revived in the hospital and her priorities are food, meeting back up with Royce and Alfie, and more food. She does want to see her anomaly locked up; they last left Ecksnomaly barricaded into a bathroom so it's also possible she could just be left there indefinitely (poor lonely Ecksnomaly), or she could have gotten loose and end up in the group of anomalies corralled into the power plant.
Tess has no ability to make decisions, so unless someone tells her to help she won't do it even though she'd normally want to. I'm playing out a thing with her and Jimmy and Castielnomaly before I decide whether to tag her into the IC plotting post and get her involved.
