If they feel like they've been here for two days...
Is it more like being in the room is causing them to vaguely remember part one and forget day 413 / move their memories of day 413 to prior to "capture"? (So even if their minds are too messed up to remember things like conversations, they might be aware that there were earlier symptoms before this)
Or do they just for some reason feel like this started a lot earlier than it did / it can't possibly still be day 414? (So the time leading up to now is just impossible for them to piece together, and this is the first thing that's happened to them since arriving)
