+1 Dragon Knight

Hi, Snowblind! I'm Catie, and this is Freya, from the JRPG Final Fantasy IX. She's a 21-year-old knight and world traveler who's good with a polearm and bad with talking about her feelings, arriving in Norfinbury after a refreshing airship ride and trips to several scenic locations in a beautiful fantasy world.

Just kidding. She's seen her home city destroyed, a peaceful civilization nuked into a smoldering, sandy hole in the ground, and had her crush break her heart all in just a couple days, and she spent the airship ride on all fours having an emotional breakdown. She's also made a handful of new friends and reunited with an old one, though, so her life hasn't been all bad lately. She's even gotten to help a captured princess escape a very large and monster-filled castle, so that's another step in the right direction! Maybe some winter camping in Norfinbury is just what she needs to get back on her feet again.

Yeah, I thought about doing the normal thing and then was like nah, why repeat CR we might have in game. So I went looking for someone who'd go, "No." And in retrospect I probably said, "Hi. I was the Gaius." Blah.

Hey!! It's nice to meet you! I've only seen a bit of the FMA anime, but Al seems like a great character. I love the idea of this poor nice incorporeal kid stuck in a huge suit of armor. And now he's stuck in a snowy wasteland, on top of that...
