Yo! Jodie here, bringing in Zack Fair from Final Fantasy VII. More specifically, Crisis Core, you know. Considering. He doesn't last. Endgame is where I'm taking him from, so... fun times! 8D... 8D;;

But yeah! So, Zack! Ex-military SOLDIER First Class. Got screwed by the company he worked for. Still all about honoring what all the person he became from there though, especially because of his mentor. Overall, he's pretty upbeat, kind, and easily sociable once you get past his paranoia that he's likely going to have. He might have had a whole army coming down upon him before he got there. Plus Turks who are basically special ops/assassins and more than ready to kill you at the drop of the hat if you are imposing on their mission in any way. ...Yep. Also, he hails from Gongaga which is hella more tropical, so he is not going to be fond of being a Zackcicle.

This is my first time ever playing him in a game, so we'll see how things go! You can get a hold of me for all things plotty via pm, [plurk.com profile] graylights, and I do frequent aim, too! Looking forward to playing with you all!

Dr. Marie Delacroix :: Engineering

Heyo,

This is Vee, I also play Roxas, I am bringing you now Marie Delacroix! She's from the System Shock universe, which kind of goes on a general cyber punk dystopian path for a while. Corporations replace governments, hackers are neat, mankind has a space station.

Marie wasn't exactly pleasant before she went crazy, and now she is... even less pleasant. She is crazy paranoid and willing to do whatever she deems necessary for her survival. Be careful around her...

My plurk is [plurk.com profile] blizzardseason, which you are welcome to friend if you like but I talk about non-RP things on it quite a lot, as full disclosure.

DIO

dio took philosophy once

Anyways.

This is Dio Brando, or DIO. Some of you may recognize him from that one internet meme that's been around since time began that came from this fighting game.

DIO is from the long-running hit manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, which tells the story of his long-running feud with the Joestar bloodline. Out of all the antagonists in parts one through six, DIO casts the longest shadow even with his death in part three, as his influence can still be felt years later and he has a crazy amount of followers looking to avenge his death, one of whom is a close personal friend who enacts DIO's plan to create a new stand and reset the universe.

"Nobody can be that bad," you're thinking to yourself. You are wrong. You are incorrect. You will start up the first episode of Phantom Blood wanting proof of my claims, and by the end you will want to kick DIO in the teeth. And he gets worse.

Also he's a vampire who decided that just being a vampire wasn't powerful enough, and so he also got a Stand (or Psychic Punch Ghost). The real him is also just his head, as he has attached himself to the body of Jonathan Joestar, his dead adoptive brother. Long story.

Anyway, I'm Andy and I'm new but I think I know a few people here and I decided to stop by! I'm at [plurk.com profile] BaDandy if you want to add me. Cool to be here!

Inquisitor Ellana Lavellan
03 July 2015 @ 09:10 pm

Hi, all! I'm Megan and I'm brand new here. I'm bringing in the malleable protagonist from the video game Dragon Age: Inquisition: Inquisitor Ellana Lavellan. She's a Dalish elf, which means she lived a nomadic life in a clan that did its best to avoid running into racist humans until a war between mages and Templars erupted and a peace conference was held. The clan's leader sent her to spy on the proceedings, but an explosion went off at the conference, killing everyone but her.

And in that event, she mysteriously gained the ability to close rifts in the world that led to the Fade, another realm filled with spirits and demons. With lands descending into chaos, a group called the Inquisition was formed to restore order and bring peace, and also to find out who caused the explosion. Ellana was asked to be their leader, hence her title as Inquisitor.

I'm taking her from near the end of the game, but not quite at the final confrontation with the big bad. She's a mage who ordinarily has plenty of power, but now she's been stripped of her magic and is left with a fancy night light on her hand, since she usually closes rifts with the mark on her hand. Sadly, it's just a handy dandy light now.

Her app is here if interested in the personality I went with for her, and I can be reached at [plurk.com profile] lavellan or by PM. Looking forward to jumping in and playing with all of you!
