On the morning of day 231, at around five in the morning you wake up--even if you were planning on not falling asleep--to a sharp pinch on your arm, like that of an injection. For fifteen minutes, you're paralyzed wherever you happen to lie, conscious but unable to do anything except think. After fifteen minutes, though, everything is normal again, as much as it can be in Norfinbury. The anomalies are gone--for now.
