Event: Hello World

HELLO WORLD
@ADMIN makes an announcement on the morning of day 280: Instabilities detected. At first, it's a mystery as to what that means, but it becomes clear soon enough: everyone in town begins to suffer a slow degradation of their physical and mental capabilities. The worst thing, maybe, is that you're aware of what's happening and are completely unable to do anything about it. Not everyone gets all of the symptoms (players may choose which symptoms their characters get and the severity of them), at least--but over the course of the day, they get worse.

Symptoms are as follows:

Speech Loss: Vocabulary and sentence structure degrades. Communication becomes simpler, more childlike, and eventually becomes simply a matter of confused clusters of small words attempting to get a thought across.

Motor Coordination Loss: Movements become increasingly uncontrolled and random. It begins with small stutters in walking and tiny twitches, but grows worse as the day progresses, until the body is entirely out of control.

Morality Loss: The sense of morality degrades. It's not that people become immediately violent, it's that more and more awful things will seem reasonable as a way to get what you want. By the end of the day, even murder may seem acceptable if there's a reason for it.

This lasts until early in the morning on day 281, when everyone will be awoken to a pinch on their arm and, after fifteen minutes of paralysis, the symptoms will wear off. That was kind of weird.

If characters try to contact Admin to report any of this, will there be a response?

For the motor coordination loss, are characters able to speak or will jaw coordination be uncontrollable as well? Do they get random movements that they don't initiate (for example, legs flailing on their own when lying down) or is it only when they try to move?
