Event: Temporal, End

TEMPORAL
As the night draws to an end, things return to normal--somewhat. The shadows still wander covered in static. People still blink in and out of existence, although less so than before. The paranoia dies down, but it doesn't disappear; in the back of every traveler's mind, they're still wondering if they're really all alone.

All in all, it feels more like a temporary reprieve than an end to anything. The unease and confusion lingers, and the whisper to kill the prophet remains. Perhaps something else is right around the corner...

These effects will last until further notice, although they will not be permanent.

Will network transmissions still contain the amounts of static and breakup as before, will it be improved, or will it be completely back to normal?

Another network question! If a character tries a voice to text post, would they be able to make a clear one or would the static register?

HMM in that case, another question, and apologies for its weirdness! Kesara is going to try the following: get something written on a piece of paper, then film the writing and send that out. Just a long video of the camera focused on the paper. Hoping that even if static disrupts the video and obscures the writing in places, people would be able to piece the text together after watching it for a while (since it's a video not a still image).

Would that work at all as planned?

Will the static on already posted messages reduce, as well, or is it another of those "well actually you just shut up and stared at your tablet for no reason" moments? Or is that static part of the message itself and not going away?
