Event: Consolidation Theory, Part Four
The red-marked characters wake up on the morning of day 354 to themselves covered in bandages, sore and wounded, unable to remember the night before. If they look under the bandages, it looks like they got in some sort of physical fight, with fingernails having torn into the skin on their limbs and faces. There's food waiting for them, if they'd like to eat. It's the same as the food they got the day before. Eventually, they may notice others have joined them. The newcomers to the cells are at least as broken and bandaged as those marked in red, if not more so. They don't seem constrained by the cell, instead perfectly able to walk right through the blue barriers as if they weren't there at all. Well, the ones who can walk right now can, at least. They have food as well that they may eat if they're willing and/or able. Unfortunately, they can't leave the cell block area, and they can't pull anyone stuck in a cell out of the cell--though they can enter the cells of others. Robert Miller's voice comes in over the speaker: "The first attempt failed. You probably don't remember much of it, though, so don't worry about it." For the morning, you're left to your own devices. Maybe you can learn something about what happened from the newcomers. A log for part four has been put up here. Mind your content warnings. |

Okay but do they seem chained up to the unmarked characters instead or are the chains only in the unmarked cells? Basically how cooperative with Miller do the marked characters look to others?
EDIT: additionally, if an unmarked character tries to push a marked one through the barrier, what happens? Does the unmarked character actually feel the other being stopped by an unseen obstacle, or would they go through both the barrier and the marked character?
