Event: Spiritual; Sign Ups

SPIRITUAL

If your character is sensitive to the supernatural, can see ghosts/invisible fairies/spirits, can use magic, is very religiously devout, etc., and you will be participating in the event, please reply to this thread with the associated form filled out. This applies even if what your character can do is normal in their world--if they're a wizard in a world filled with them, they still apply! This is specifically related to sensing, being very close to, or manipulating the supernatural--those who might qualify as a supernatural creature but who don't consider themselves very spiritual or supernaturally-inclined would not apply here (for example, America from Hetalia). You can also sign up more than one character if you have more than one that qualifies. Sign ups run until 8PM EST on September 25. Note that this is for an extra part of the event--there will be other things going on that those who aren't spiritually inclined can participate in. If you're not sure if your character counts for this, just ask in the questions thread.

These characters will see different sorts of things compared to the game in general when the event happens. What they see will vary a bit, which is why we need to see who falls under this and what they can do/what spiritual connection they have/etc.

Can I get a clarification on what counts as devout enough for this event? If an individual was raised in an subculture devoted to the worship of an evil god and participation in holy terrorism, and was directly involved in those activities and still has no doubt whatsoever in the existence of said evil god and his divine opponents, but has summarily rejected her part in all of it, would she qualify? Or would she need to be an active worshipper?

This wouldn't count, as she would have to be a worshipper.

Just for planning/knowing what to expect - is this an 'active participation/potential boomeranging at a certain time on all three days' kind of event or something that's more passive?

It's a more passive thing you'll be free to play with as much or as little as you'd like.

Just because something's come up elsewhere that means coordinating movement with other people, if someone signs up, will this affect movement in any way?

It might, though it would depend on the character. If they're the type to continue with whatever they're doing in spite of circumstances, then it wouldn't.

I think Haurchefant MIGHT qualify because he's a paladin but he has also been feeling some doubt about his religion lately (because he died and did not go to his people's version of Heaven). He still has faith but it's gotten a bit shaky, would he still count?

Also the Joker...idk how he'd be. He is not religious and he can't use magic but he WAS magically imbued for a while and became a god with full control over the universe. He doesn't believe in anything but a part of him wants to believe in something and there are hints that he mysteriously believes there is a Heaven and a Hell (well, he's actually been to Hell and he's communed with Demons and the celestial entity called Specter but that's sort of a Thing where he's from).
